There’s something I like to call Habit Creep that lurks in the shadows of your everyday routines. And if you’re not careful, it will devour your productivity when you’re not looking.

My cat stood on my chest, nuzzling my nose and meowing like there was a fire. There wasn’t. I just slept late. I had decided the night before that since I had a long day coming up, I would set my alarm for an hour and a half later. And my cat thought I was dead.
The time: 6:30 am.
